Exchanges
We are happy to exchange non-customized apparel that has not been used, worn, laundered and has its original tags attached with 14 days of purchase. Shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. (Excludes custom designs)
Defective Product Returns
Defective products can be returned within 14 days of purchase for either a store credit or refund. We will cover the shipping fees. (Excludes custom designs)
Non-Defective Product Returns
Any new, unused or unwanted products can be returned within 14 days of purchase. These products must be in the original box / packaging, be unused and in like NEW condition. Non-defective returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges will not be reimbursed for non-defective product returns. If the original order qualified for free shipping and that order would no longer qualify for free shipping after the non-defective items are returned, then a $7.50 shipping fee will be subtracted from the amount reimbursed. Shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. (Excludes custom designs)
Refunds
All refunds will be made in the same tender as the original order. Refunds on credit card orders will be made to the same credit card. Refunds will be issued within 14 business days of the time we receive the goods. (Excludes custom designs)
Bulk Order Refunds
All refunds will be made in the same tender as the original order. Refunds on credit card orders will be made to the same credit card. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of the time we receive the goods. (Excludes custom designs)
Custom Designs
All Custom Designs are non-refundable. Please ask questions and verify that your Custom design is exactly how you want it prior to approval.
Color
On screen colors and Print colors are different. Color could be a slightly darker/lighter shade than on your screen, as screen is RGB color and print is CMYK color.
Logo Placement
If logos are not vector format, they could appear distorted. Jerseys will vary with logo placements. Please ensure that your logos are placed correctly on the 3d image proof you receive.
Spelling
Custom designs will be produced using the information provided at the time of order. Please review all spelling prior to order processing. If the order does not match the spelling as submitted, the order will be replaced.
FULL CUSTOM DESIGN DISCLOSURE
All designs created by X1 Elite LLC is the property of X1 Elite LLC. Customers who pay a fee for a unique design have the right to reprint the exact design without any additional cost, but the design remains the sole property of X1 Elite LLC. Any graphical assets (including but not limited to logos, artwork, and slogans) provided from the customer are considered the customer's property and all responsibility for copyright and trademark of such provided assets are the responsibility of the customer.
